Dropshipping lets you sell products without keeping them in stock yourself. You take the order from your customer, we pack and ship it directly to them on your behalf. No warehouse, no upfront stock investment.

Your customer gets a fully packed parcel with your delivery note — your address shows as the sender, not ours. The shipping label is sent on your behalf from our warehouse. Blue-Berry stays completely invisible to your customer.

We ship from our warehouse in Germany using trusted carriers. Here’s what’s available depending on where your customer is:within Germany: 

  • DHL Paket: Germany 
  • UPS Standard: European Union (Mainland)
  • UPS Express Saver: European Union, Worldwide

For orders which are submitted by 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Our warehouse team works hard to make sure your customers get their orders fast.

Please see our actual shipping costs here Shipping cost & payment types. For B2C orders, we add a dropship fee of € 2,50. This fee not included in the shipping costs listed in the attached files. 

The listed prices are guide values and represent the maximum shipping costs. 


Please note that shipments to islands within the Euopean Union may not be reached by US Standard.

This depends on the selected service:


  • DHL Paket: Germany 1-3 days
  • UPS Standard: Germany 1-2 days, European Union: 2-3 days.
  • Express Saver: Germany 1 day, European Union 1-2 days, Worldwide 2-3 days.

The trackings for daily shipments will be sent via eMail at 19:00 h with an attached CSV file to your set eMail address.

Yes, we offer a 1 month free testing period, starting with the day of registration. Once your free testing period has ended, you can decide if you want to continue using our service.

Cancellation of your selected service is possible after the minimum term of 6 months, with a notice period of 4 weeks before the end of the subscription term.

Yes, changing the selected service will be possible anytime.

We do not accept general returns. Please check all goods within 10 working days of receipt. If you notice any issues or defects, you can file a claim within this period, and our warranty policy will apply.

All customers are required to check the goods within 10 working days of receipt. If visible damage is found, we provide a 100% refund or replacement immediately. 

In addition, we offer a 1-year warranty for non-visible or unintended defects that may occur later and were not detectable upon delivery inspection.

You will automatically receive an invoice for the orders you have submitted to the eMail address you have provided. Please note that the payment needs to be made within 15 days.

Yes, you can. From a minimum number of 10 orders per week, we can send you an overview of all invoices from the previous week. You will usually receive this overview on Monday. For setup, please use our contact form. You need to pay the total amount in one sum within 2 days after receipt of the statement.

Yes, we offer integration for Shopify or Shopware. Please note that for these systems, our service "Feel Cared for" will be required.
