We source all our frames and sunglasses directly from manufacturers, distributors, and licensees — which is how we guarantee 100% authenticity and quality on every single product in our catalog.

Yes. We understand you want to get to know us and our products. 

A first trial order is possible without pre-payment for a volume of up to 250,00 €. You can pay within 15 days after the receipt of the invoice, respectively the day when we dispatch your order. 

From the 2nd order onwards, our standard conditions apply.

Yes. We provide our clients the original CE certificates. These are available after registration and are the legal base for any sale within the EU (and worldwide).

We operate in an open market, so we’re not able to offer exclusive territorial agreements. Any registered optician can order from our catalog — that’s what keeps our pricing competitive and our platform accessible to everyone.

No. There is no minimum order quantity. 

Supported by our low UPS prices, you can adjust your order size & frequence to a daily, weekly or monthly cycle.

As most of the offered products are discontinued models, there might be no spare part available anymore. As long as the certain product is still in stock, we always try to help.

Since 2026 we provide for local opticians 1 extra year of warranty. Within this extra year we provide a voluntary warranty service you can rely on, but we also reserve the right to refuse it. Please find more information on our Trust-Page.  

If we cannot help at all, we will provide you with a comparable model from our assortment of over 7,500 frames. 

Non accettiamo resi generali. Si prega di controllare tutti i beni entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento. Se noti problemi o difetti, puoi presentare un reclamo entro questo periodo, e si applicherà la nostra politica di garanzia.

Tutti i clienti sono tenuti a controllare la merce entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento. Se vengono riscontrati danni visibili, offriamo un rimborso del 100% o una sostituzione immediata.

Inoltre, offriamo una garanzia di 2 anni per difetti non visibili o non intenzionali che possono verificarsi successivamente e non erano rilevabili al momento dell'ispezione alla consegna.
